It means we provide you a written evaluation with recommendations for you to write it, or we will write it for you.) *** Why is a line edit needed. Your manuscript is written but needs a re-write. You’ve completed writing your manuscript. Our line-by-line edit will now perform an analysis of your entire manuscript line by line to determine the structure and flow of your storyline’s beginning, middle and end. We also will assess if the dialogue is compatible with the genre, and demographic the story is written for. The overall edit of your manuscript will allow you to determine if what is written matches your vision and if some or all of our recommendations and suggestions we provide should be made. Our team will make the changes for you or can be put in a report and provided to you. *** When is a Line Edit needed. This edit is performed when your script is completed, and you want a professional evaluation and analysis to determine if what is written meets your vision and what changes if any, are needed before sending it to print. This edit provides the most detailed edit of your manuscript and can be customized to include a proof and copy edit.
